How to make teriyaki flavored homemade beef jerky.

To make teriyaki beef jerky, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pound of beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Here's how to make it:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

  2. Place the beef slices in a large resealable bag, and pour the marinade over the beef. Seal the bag, and toss to evenly coat the beef with the marinade.

  3. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  4. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Place the beef slices on a wire rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is dry and slightly crispy.

  6. Drizzle the honey over the beef jerky, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

  7. Let the beef jerky cool to room temperature, and then enjoy!
