Got a break for lunch at the ServSafe class I'm taking today in Gettysburg PA. It's not as exciting as an 8 hour long course on food safety sounds. Once I finish this I will be heading over to Gunpowder Falls Beer in New Freedom PA for their new beer release where I will be selling jerky tonight. Hopefully sales go well!
We sold out again last week mostly because sales at the market doubled.
